I bought an item and returned it to the store, but I don't see the refund on my Adro card.

Refunds are issued by the merchant, Adro does not have control over this timing. Typically, refunds take three to seven business days to appear on your Adro account once they've been issued by the store or service provider you made the purchase from. However, this timeframe can vary depending on the merchant.

Online purchases with returns that require shipping back merchandise may take longer, as you'll need to wait for the merchandise to arrive and be processed before a refund can be initiated.
