Granting someone access to your business account can streamline operations by enabling accountants or employees to manage payments, reconcile transactions or handle payroll.

You can give view only or admin account access.

How do I invite a manager to join my acount?

From a web browser:

  1. Log in to your Adro account

  2. Click on 'Managers'

  3. Click 'Invite Manager' from the top right corner and fill in the relevant details

  4. Click 'Send invite'

You can set the role permissions for a manager after you have sent the invite.

How to set role permissions for a manager?

You can set or edit role permissions for a manager who has accepted an invite or has a pending status.

From a web browser:

  1. Log in to your Adro account

  2. Click on 'Managers'

  3. For your selected user, click the three dots under 'Actions' and click 'Edit permissions'

How do I delete a manager?

You can remove access from a manager who has accepted an invite or has a pending status.

From a web browser:

  1. Log in to your Adro account

  2. Click on 'Managers'

  3. For your selected user, click the three dots under 'Actions' and click 'Remove manager'
