To delete a business debit or credit card, please contact [email protected] or start a live chat.
You also have the option to freeze the card, which will prevent any further transactions being made, including spending or ATM withdrawals.
There is no self-serve option to delete business cards at this time.
How do I freeze a business card?
From a web browser
Log in to your Adro account and select your business
Select 'Cards'
Click the card you want to freeze
Click 'Freeze'
You can unfreeze a card at anytime.
