Ordering a physical card

Order a new or replacement debit or credit card

A physical card can be useful if you prefer to carry a wallet, as opposed to tapping your phone to make a purchase with Google Pay or Apple Pay. You must physically be in the US to order an Adro card.

If you have not yet arrived in the US, you can add money to your account however you will not be able to spend or withdraw until you have physically landed in America.

It can take up to 10 business days for your card to arrive in the mail, through U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

If you need a card to be able to make purchases sooner, you can request a virtual card and add it to Google Pay or Apple Pay. You must be physically in the US in order to do this.

How to request a physical card

To request a physical card, you'll need to be in the US and have an account balance of at least $10 in the applicable account.

  1. Login to your Adro account

  2. To request a debit card, select your Checking account, then click 'Request card'

  3. To request a credit card, select your Credit account, then click 'Request card'

    If you're using the Adro mobile app, click the card icon. Look for this at the top right corner of your screen, then click 'Open more' and select Physical card:

  4. Select 'Physical card' and follow the instructions.

  5. Once you have received your physical card, be sure to activate it before making a purchase.

Your first physical debit and credit card is free, and will be shipped to the US address in your account. Replacement cards cost $10 each.
