How does cashback work?

This applies to the Adro World Mastercard (Adro Credit Card) only

Updated over a week ago

The Adro World Mastercard, also known as the Adro Credit Card, gives you 1% cashback on all eligible purchases made with your virtual or physical credit card.

Eligible purchases include: Goods and services for personal, family and household purposes, minus any returns, refunds or credit adjustments.

You will not earn 1% cashback on: ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer payments (such as, by way of example, Apple Pay Cash or Google Pay), currency exchange service providers, debit card cash advances, tax payments, person-to-person transfers, the purchase of gift cards and the purchase of money orders or other cash equivalents, even if used to purchase goods or services.

How do I earn cashback?

When you make a purchase with your virtual or physical credit card in-store or online, you will earn 1% of your payment amount in the form of cashback. The cashback is accrued automatically, with no action required from you.

You can view your cashback balance at any time:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Navigate to Settings, then Profile

  3. Click Rewards

You do not earn cashback on ATM withdrawals or cash advances. Returned purchases will also reduce your accrued cashback.

How do I redeem cashback?

Once your cashback balance has reached a minimum of $25.00, you'll be able to redeem it as a credit to your Debit or Credit account. If you choose to redeem in your Credit account, this will increase the 'Available to spend' on your Adro Credit card.

The cashback balance will remain in your account until you decide to redeem.

I think there's an error with my cashback balance

Keep in mind, it can take a few days after your purchase for your cashback balance to update.
