To use your Adro card to make purchases or withdraw cash from an ATM, you'll need to activate it first. You'll only need to do this once.
Follow these steps to activate your physical Adro Debit or Adro Credit card once it has arrived in the mail. If you have requested a virtual card, it is already activated and you do not need to complete this step.
Activate through the Adro mobile app
Login to your Adro account
To activate a physical debit card, select your Checking account, then click 'Activate'
To activate a physical credit card, select your Credit account, then click 'Activate'
Input the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit CVV number, both located at the back of your card. Then click 'Activate card'
Activate through web browser using a laptop or computer
