To register your business in the US with Adro, you'll need:
To be at least 18 years of age
To have valid, government-issued photo ID. Ideally, this would be a passport but we may accept other forms of ID.
You'll also need a registered agent that operates in your preferred US state. When you use Adro, we'll provide a registered agent for you regardless of which plan you choose.
When it comes to company formation or business registration, non-US residents can open an LLC. There are no citizenship or residency requirements, meaning international business owners can register an LLC without living in the US.
