Adro sends 6-digit verification codes to help protect your account from unauthorized access. A verification code is a one-time use code, made up of 6 random numbers.
There are two ways to receive verification codes from Adro: SMS (text message) or email.
I'm not receiving verification codes by SMS
If you don’t receive a verification code by SMS (text message), try the following:
Confirm the phone number you’re checking matches the phone number associated with your Adro account
If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your Adro account, you'll need to update your profile information
Make sure our notification number 855-954-2421 is not on your blocked contacts list
Ensure your phone isn't experiencing any connection or signal issues, and can receive text messages
Wait a few minutes before trying again
I'm not receiving verification codes by email
If you don’t receive a verification code by email, try the following:
Confirm the email you’re checking matches the email address associated with your Adro account
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Adro account, you'll need to update your profile information
Check your spam folder
