Adro sends 6-digit verification codes to help protect your account from unauthorized access. A verification code is a one-time use code, made up of 6 random numbers.

There are two ways to receive verification codes from Adro: SMS (text message) or email.

I'm not receiving verification codes by SMS

If you don’t receive a verification code by SMS (text message), try the following:

  • Confirm the phone number you’re checking matches the phone number associated with your Adro account

  • If you no longer have access to the phone number associated with your Adro account, you'll need to update your profile information

  • Make sure our notification number 855-954-2421 is not on your blocked contacts list

  • Ensure your phone isn't experiencing any connection or signal issues, and can receive text messages

  • Wait a few minutes before trying again

I'm not receiving verification codes by email

If you don’t receive a verification code by email, try the following:

  • Confirm the email you’re checking matches the email address associated with your Adro account

  • If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Adro account, you'll need to update your profile information

  • Check your spam folder

  • Wait a few minutes before trying again
