After multiple failed login attempts, you'll be locked out of Adro to protect your account against unauthorized access.

The quickest way to unlock your account is to reset your password, then sign into your account successfully through web browser or mobile app.

How do I reset my password if I'm locked out?

  1. Visit https://secure.joinadro.com/login or launch the Adro app

  2. Click 'Forgot password'

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. You will be sent a 6-digit code by SMS (text) or email. Enter the code on the Adro screen to proceed.

  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email

Will getting locked out of my account prevent me from using my Adro card(s)?

No. You will still be able to make purchases like you normally would through virtual or physical Adro cards.
