This article is for users who have successfully opened an Adro account and made a deposit. You are currently holding US dollars in your Adro account, and you have not yet arrived in the US.

To make a tuition payment before landing in the US

Login to your Adro account and start a live chat with our support team. Let us know you're trying to make a tuition payment from outside the US. We'll also need the name of the school you're paying tuition to. A member of our team will then advise you of the next steps.

Once you've completed the above, you can follow these steps to pay your tuition. The exact process will vary from school to school, but in general:

  1. Using your credentials provided by the university, login to your student or school account.

  2. Look for the Payments or Balance Owing page. Typically, your school will have a direct integration with one or more of the following payment providers to facilitate tuition payments: Convera, CashNet, NelNet, TouchNet, Blackbaud
    ​

  3. Follow the payment instructions on the screen. You'll also need your Adro account information.
    ​

    • ACH routing number

    • Account number

    • Account type (Checking or Savings)

    You can find this information by:

    1. Logging in to your Adro account

    2. Navigate to Checking or Savings account

    3. Click 'Account details'
