How to pay, transfer or ACH money to someone else
You will need to contact [email protected] and provide the following details:
Recipient's first and last name
Recipient's routing and account number
The amount you wish to transfer
Important: You must contact Adro from the same email address you used for your Adro account.
How long does it take?
Once we have processed the transfer, you'll receive an email confirmation acknowledging your request. It takes an estimated 3 business days, not counting weekends or holidays, for the money to arrive in the recipient's account.
Can I log in to Adro and do the transfer myself?
No, you'll need to contact [email protected] as outlined above. There is no way to self-serve at this time.
