This article provides instructions on how to move or withdraw money from your Adro account to a bank account outside the US. You can transfer funds to either your own account or to a friend or family member. In all cases, you must have your recipient's bank account details to make the transfer.

You may need to provide your Adro routing and account numbers to Wise or Remitly to complete the transfer.
Log in to your Adro account
Navigate to your preferred account (Checking, Savings or Credit)
Click 'View account details'
How to move money from Adro using Wise
How does it work?
First, you'll need to move money from your Adro account to your Wise account. Next, you'll transfer the money from your Wise account to your recipient bank account.
You can choose to move money from Adro as US dollars, or convert it into another currency.
Step 1: Move money from Adro to Wise
Log in to your Wise account
Click 'Add money'
Review and select your preferred currency, transfer method and the associated fees
Follow the instructions to complete the transfer
In general, if you are moving funds from Adro and have a Wise USD account, selecting 'Connected bank account (ACH)' will typically incur the lowest fees.
Link your Adro account to Wise using Plaid
If you select 'Connected bank account (ACH)', you may be prompted to link your account through Plaid. You only need to do this once.
1. Click 'Instant verification'
2. Click 'Continue'
3. Click 'Continue as guest'
4. Search for 'Adro' then click the Adro logo
5. Securely log in using your Adro account details. Select the Adro account you wish to move money from.
Note: Be sure to verify you've selected the correct account by checking the last 4 digits of the account number and your account balance.
6. Once you have linked your Adro account, you will be redirected to Wise to complete your transfer. It may take a few days for the account balance to update in Adro.
Step 2: Move money from Wise to your recipient bank account
Once you have received the money in your Wise account, complete the remaining steps.
Log in to your Wise account
Click 'Send'
Input the amount you want to send. Review and select the preferred currency for your recipient. Review any transfer fees.
Follow the instructions to complete the transfer.
You're all set! It may take a few days for the account balance to update in the recipient bank account.
How to move money from Adro using Remitly
How does it work?
First, you'll need to connect your Adro account to Remitly. Next, you'll use Remitly to initiate a transfer from Adro to your recipient bank account.
Step 1: Connect Adro to Remitly
Log in to your Remitly account
Navigate to 'Settings' then 'Payment methods'
Click 'Add payment method' then 'Card'
Follow the instructions to link your Adro Debit card. You only need to do this once.
Step 2: Initiate a transfer from Adro through Remitly
Once you have linked Adro to your Remitly account, navigate to 'Send money'
Select the country you are sending money to.
Input the amount you want to send. Review the preferred payment method and any transfer fees.
Follow the instructions to complete the transfer. You will need your recipient's bank account details. Once the transfer is complete, you'll see a confirmation screen.
