Why is account linking not available?

Updated over a month ago

Account linking refers to the process of connecting your Adro account to another US-based bank account or service to allow for seamless transactions. Adro uses a third-party service called Plaid, to securely link accounts. The linking process involves multiple layers of security to protect user data, including encryption and authentication.

Why is my account linking locked?

In order to access the account linking feature, you must be physically in the US (e.g. not using a VPN to change your location). You must also have a verified US residential address associated with your profile.

If account linking is not available, how else can I move money?

Alternatives include: ACH or wire transfer, or third-party services such as Cash App and Revolut. Learn more about adding money to Adro
