How do I freeze (lock) my card?

Freezing instantly blocks any transactions made with your card, including purchases and withdrawals from an ATM. You can freeze or unfreeze your card at anytime.

Freezing does not prevent you from being able to login to your account. You will still be able to move money through the app or web browser.

Freezing can be helpful if you've lost your card and need time to look for it, or if your wallet has been stolen. This temporarily locks your card and prevents unauthorized transactions from being made on your account.

To freeze your card

  1. Login to your account

  2. To freeze your debit card, select your Checking account. To freeze your credit card, select your Credit account.

  3. Click 'Manage' then 'Freeze Card'

To unfreeze your card

  1. Login to your account

  2. To unfreeze your debit card, select your Checking account. To unfreeze your credit card, select your Credit account.

  3. Click 'Manage' then 'Unfreeze Card'
