How much does it cost to withdraw cash from an ATM? What's my daily limit?

With your Adro account, you'll receive 2 free ATM withdrawals per month. We reimburse up to $5.00 per transaction, up to a maximum of $10.00 (2 transactions) per month. ATM fee reimbursements take about one week to be credited to your account.

To withdraw cash from your Adro account, you'll need to request a physical Adro Debit Card or Adro Credit Card.

Where can I see my ATM fee reimbursements?

You can view your ATM fee reimbursements about one week after the ATM transaction was conducted.

  1. Login to your account

  2. Navigate to Settings, then Profile

  3. Click Rewards

  4. ATM fee credits will be shown as "ATM reimbursement"

How much does Adro charge to withdraw from an ATM?

$0. We don't charge any fees to withdraw from an ATM in the US. However, the service provider of the ATM will charge a fee to your account, which typically ranges from $2.00 to $5.00 per transaction.

Does it matter which ATM I use? Do I need to look for a specific network provider?

You can withdraw from any network provider, as long as it is compatible with Mastercard. You can confirm this by looking for the Mastercard logo somewhere on or near the ATM.

Each ATM fee charged by the service provider will be reimbursed by Adro, up to a maximum of $5.00 per transaction, with a total monthly limit of $10.00.

Can I carry over my unused allotment of ATM withdrawals to the next month?

No, unused ATM withdrawals cannot be carried over.

Example:

You made one ATM cash withdrawal and you were reimbursed $5.00 in total for this month. Next month, you make three ATM withdrawals. Adro will reimburse you for $10.00 ($5.00 x two ATM withdrawals). You will not receive reimbursement for the third withdrawal.

What is the daily cash withdrawal limit?

You can withdraw up to $500 USD from your checking account, and $500 USD from your reserve (credit) account, per day.

You'll need your physical debit card to withdraw from your checking account, and a physical credit card to withdraw from your reserve account. You can request a physical card at any time.

Can I use an ATM to deposit cash to my Adro account?

Currently, you can only use your Adro card to withdraw cash from an ATM. We do not support cash deposits at this time.
