We recommend updating your Adro app on a regular basis, to ensure you've got access to the latest features and any bug fixes.
To see what app version you have installed on your phone:
Login to your account using the Adro app
Click the gear icon to access Settings, then scroll to the bottom
Below the 'Logout' button, you'll see a series of numbers that starts with 'v'. This is the app version number. For example, v1.0.0556.
If you're calling to report a technical issue, it's helpful to have your app version number and device model name (such as iPhone 15 Pro or Samsung Galaxy 24) available to help our team with troubleshooting.
